Exchanges and Returns
Regular-priced ready-to-wear garments can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from delivery or in-person purchase. If 14 days have gone by since the product was delivered or purchased, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
All sales of made-to-measure, custom sized garments, and sales items are final. If you need a fitting alteration at any point in the future because y’know bodies change, please see the FAQs page for more info.
We allow exchanges for damaged or defective ready-to-wear items. To be eligible for an exchange, your ready-to-wear items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure the size or garment you wish to exchange your item for is in stock before requesting an exchange. If the item is no longer available we can offer a free repair for damaged items. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to send the item back to LP Mode.
To be eligible for a return, your ready-to-wear item must be unused, in the same condition, and the original packaging that you received it.

Your receipt or proof of purchase is required for exchanges and returns.
Return items will be inspected after they are received and we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
